Botox Units Calculator — Practitioner Mode & Brand Conversion
Answer first: Botox, Xeomin and Jeuveau are commonly converted 1:1; Dysport is commonly converted at about 2.5–3 Dysport units per 1 Botox unit (this calculator defaults to 2.5:1 and lets you adjust it). Enter Botox units below to see equivalents, then run the vial math for a 100-unit vial.

Why conversions are ranges, not constants
Answer first: Units are product-specific and not interchangeable by definition — a unit of Dysport is not the same as a unit of Botox. The 2.5–3:1 Dysport ratio and 1:1 Xeomin / Jeuveau ratios are widely used clinical conventions drawn from published practice, which is why this page lets you adjust the Dysport ratio instead of pretending it is exact.
Frequently asked questions
How many Dysport units equal 20 Botox units?
At the commonly used 2.5:1 conversion, 20 Botox units correspond to about 50 Dysport units; at 3:1, about 60. Conversion ratios are clinical conventions, not exact equivalences, and the treating provider decides.
Are Xeomin and Jeuveau really 1:1 with Botox?
In published practice, Xeomin and Jeuveau are commonly dosed 1:1 with Botox for the same areas. That is a general convention — product choice and dose remain the provider's clinical decision.
What does a 100-unit vial cost per unit?
At a $640 wholesale vial cost, the product cost is $6.40 per unit. Charging $13 per unit leaves $6.60 per unit before rent, staff, consumables and other overhead — vial math is not profit math.
